We have a brilliant opportnity to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition that will manage a new centralisation project. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager for Store Teams will work with the Retail and the Talent Acquisition Team to support with centralising the recruitment of all hourly paid store team roles in line with a roll out of a new ATS System. The purpose of the role is to move the recruitment of store teams from the Store Management team into the central team through maximising the system capabilities.

You will be part of the Superdrug Talent Acquisition function contributing to the development and delivery of the attraction strategy for the business.

- Recruit and train the new Talent Acquisition Advisor and Coordinators
- Engage the Cornerstone project team including Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Sales Advisors to understand the requirements for bringing the recruitment of Store Teams into a central team
- Attend all training sessions and complete online learning of the new Cornerstone system ensuring the capabilities are maximised
- Create recruitment processes for the central store team Talent Acquisition team
- Create reports to determine performance and measures of success including time to interview, time to hire, cost per hire and ratio of interview to offer
- Support the communication to Stores regarding training of Cornerstone for go live in July
- Utilise the Cornerstone system to ensure Talent Pooling of Store Teams is maximised
- Work with the Apprenticeship team to ensure that efficiencies are maximised and we are supporting with the recruitment of Apprentices
- Support recruitment of all store team roles including expertise roles (nail technicians, pharmacy teams) and where appropriate consider additional advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking and job boards
- Line Manage the Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators
- Up skill Line Managers through training and development where required with regards to recruitment and selection processes for store team recruitment
- Ensure the employer brand guidelines are adhered too and the candidate experience is maintained throughout their journey from application to on boarding
- Ensure positive relationships with all key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through delivery of service levels

Person specification Essential
? Experience of in-house or agency recruitment at a senior manager level
? Experience of People Management (Retail and Head Office)
? Experience of Project Management
? Experience of introducing new processes and training new ways of working
? Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate with stakeholders of all levels
? Excellent attention to detail
? Passion for the brand and understanding of what makes a great Superdrug employee at all levels
? Strong influencing, networking skills and relationship building skills across all departments
? Experience of working with an ATS
? Excellent communication skills

- Experience of Cornerstone System
- Resourcing experience in the retail sector
- Generalist HR experience preferably within the retail sector
- Knowledge of Social Media recruitment practices
