Our client seeks a Senior Brand Manager to support the International section of the business on a years contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large Healthcare company. Main Purpose: To develop marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns including supporting product development , and implement these strategies through marketing campaigns which maximise return on investment for the brands in the Healthcare Professional (Primary & Secondary Care and Retail Pharmacy) channel. Job Duties: *Developing marketing strategies to match the position of the brands in their product life cycles, whilst optimising customer synergies, for the adult tube feed portfolio, devices and services. *Differentiate the nutrition business contract offering with commercially exploitable opportunities. *Leading portfolio assessment and implementing agreed management plans. *Developing plan to market products and the company's Nutrition contract offering through the promotional campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate, including the innovative use of digital platforms. *Undertaking complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitoring implementation. *Full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns and initiatives are within agreed spending limits. ACCOUNTABILITY: *Delivering sales goals. *Managing A&P budgets. *Producing marketing plans. *Forecasting. *Developing product campaigns. *Communication to all business aspects of ANI. *Active part in national and regional meetings. *Developing product strategies/campaigns. *Performance management and assessment process skills including people development Experience: *Sales experience. *Marketing experience. *Experience of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or appropriate marketing/business sector. *Ability to prioritise workload, with flexibility of leadership skills to balance both people and task responsibilities *Strong communication skills, and the ability to interface and network across the different Healthcare Service teams, and the broader ANI division *Confidence and personal presence with both internal and external customers with a proven track record of handling service and performance related tasks, issues and customer expectations *Ideally with a background in healthcare, or management experience in customer service provider roles Apply Now!
