We are currently recruiting for 2 part time HR Advisors for a charity that has been established for many years and has provided outstanding support to over 60,000 people. You will be required to work 30 hours per week. Both roles are for 6 months on a fixed term contract. Responsibilities: - Specialist in change management and restructures - Delayering tiers of management - Succession planning and redeployment experience - Ability to work with talent and recruitment team as you will be a key stakeholder in this process - Providing professional advise on a range of employment relation matters, grievance, tupe, organisational change, attendance management to name but a few - Supporting line managers with case work - Ensuring managers adhere to HR policies - Contributing to or leading HR and Organisational development - Preparation of employment tribunals Essential - CIPD qualified or working towards - Providing HR advice and coaching managers - Working in complex changing environment situations - Ability to work outside of policy to identify a workable solution If you want to work for a company thay is passionate about making a difference and changing lives and you can provide the experience and skills they require.
