They have plans to build at least 2,000 new homes over the next five years, as well as investing over £100m in improving the homes they manage. As part of their drive to continue to improve service to their customers, they are recruiting a range of roles aimed at increasing their visibility, and ensuring the services they deliver are coordinated to ensure the best possible experience for people living in one of their homes. As NI & Mobile Analyst you will be responsible for the ongoing improvements of environments, building fit-outs and the alignment of new and improved kit to support smart ways of working in a digitised setting. You will research and develop plans for the optimisation of mobilisation & accessibility and manage the transition from proof of concept through to the live environment. The successful candidate will have a broad background in IT service delivery which should include Active Directory and related services running on both physical and virtual servers. You will have experience with VMware, Citrix and Microsoft solutions along with familiarity of Cisco VOIP solutions and experience of various SAN and back-up technologies. You will also have experience working with IT infrastructure projects as well as good technical knowledge of desktop software. They are looking for an individual who can work well within a team but when required work independently. Our client is a sector leading and are always striving for innovation, this will require you to constantly evolve your skillset whilst having passion for technology outside the workplace, you will also be able to evaluate new technologies and contribute to highly technical discussions around new solutions and white papers.
