This is an ideal role for an experienced BDM who will have the opportunity to become Sales Director within the next 6-12 months.

With giant recruit, our applicant tracking system (ATS) enhances our customer's recruitment processes - from initial job specification all the way through to on-boarding. The giant recruit talent management module enables businesses to operate their recruitment processes in a more streamlined and cost-efficient way.

Salary:

�80,000 to �90,000 OTE

About the role:

Reporting to the giant group CEO, we want you to have the freedom to build on your experience as a Business Development Manager and let you identify and close clients for our Applicant Tracking System to help them improve their recruitment processes, you will have the full support of our marketing team where you will be able to let your creative side loose. This role is all about new client acquisition and you will be responsible for the full sales cycle covering all verticals and the whole of the UK so there is plenty to go at.

About you:

You are curious and creative, keen to take that next big leap and have experience of working in a client facing B2B sales environment with Applicant Tracking Systems, you work in a consultative manner with knowledge of recruitment processes, which will come from having worked in this industry.
