Administrator Location: Cardiff Hours: 9:30 - 1:30 - Monday till Friday We are currently working alongside the UK's Leading Facilities Management Company to recruit an Administrator to be based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for a range of data admin, spreadsheet and all round office Admin / call handling duties. Further responsibilities include; * Scheduling and planning of works * Updating the maintenance works schedule on Excel * Collate and return Maintenance sheets weekly * General administration including asset changes and contract updates * General office Admin duties; filing, photocopying etc. * Receiving, tracking and scanning of compliance documentation * Entering data from submission of engineering staff * Complete all work related documentation accurately and on time * To understand and comply with policies and procedures Ideal candidate; Previous experience of call centre or call logging system Previous experience of customer facing role Proven communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel Ability to work under own initiative Team player
