My client is looking for an energetic, passionate Senior In-House Recruiter or Senior  Talent Acquisition Specialist  or Internal  Recruiter   with EUROPEAN  DIGITAL  or Social Media experience for a 12 month FTC ( potential to go perm ) based in Canary Wharf in London .This is a great opportunity for an experienced In-House  Recruiter to take the next step up or  Agency Recruiter to transition in to an Internal Recruitment role . The Senior In-House Recruiter or Senior Talent Acquisition  Specialist  will be part of a dedicated team supporting an instantly recognisable  global  FMCG brand . This is  Pan- European role  so candidates with experience of recruiting for  Greece, Milan, Brussels  and  Rotterdam  are of keen interest .  As the Senior   In-House Recruiter  or Senior  Talent Acquisition  Specialist ,  you will be supported by a delivery consultant and work as apart of an existing Talent Acquisition team on a  diverse array of professional level roles. It is essential that you are able to work on multiple positions quickly and effectively. Potentially you may have the opportunity to build a bigger team around you and the account.  Mandatory Experience for the Senior In-House Recruiter Proven track record of EUROPEAN Digital or Social Media recruitment Full recruitment life cycle experience Direct sourcing  of candidates using various mediums including job boards, websites, internet, and social media; Stakeholder management -  working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to deliver on current vacancies, and anticipate their needs for future roles. Candidate Talent Pools creation or future hiring; Collaborate  with the Client Account Director to  build a bespoke, robust and efficient recruitment process  – Therefore ensure the right candidates are attracted and expectations are managed responsibly; Advantageous Skills Bi or Multilingual in a European language Social media recruitment experience FMCG digital recruitment experience Degree level qualified or equivalent Degree in Human Resources or Marketing My client is the leading European Customer Engagemen t provider unifying traditional and digital channels to meet the new generation of customers interactions, on the platform and devices of their choice.
