Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the IT team for a minimum of 10 weeks. You will be involved in supporting a 200 user network and resolve issues remotely. Working with users in the UK and overseas this is a 2nd line technical support role that will see you resolve support incidents and install and configure new technologies. The role will involve the following: Active Directory Account Creation & Management Windows 7 / 10 / XP, Microsoft Office Suite including, application deployment Microsoft Exchange Windows 2008 Server onwards in an Active Directory environment VOIP telephony Networking Support We are looking for someone who is used to working directly with users 'at desk' and via a service desk. You will resolve issues at both 1st and 2nd line level. There is a great team, excellent working environment and you will gain exposure to your and challenging technologies. Start date ideally on May 21st or earlier. We would also be able to wait an extra week for the right person if required. This is the equivalent to a £27,500 permanent role pro rata.
