Service Desk Technician Redhill 9 month fixed term contract Up to £22,000 (shift work) The Service Centre is a vibrant, energetic and busy department providing 1st and 2nd line support to major contracts and a host of others. Within this integral role candidates will be tasked with providing a first call resolution within set SLA’s and you will also be advising staff on how to clear errors and remotely reboot devices effectively. Service Desk Technician’s will also be required to log calls for engineer visits and ensure that jobs are actioned and resolved by the field teams. The Service Desk has a duty to provide high-quality, customer service with experience and knowledge of devices to ensure the best resolution from start to finish. Role Requirements: · Experience in Service Centre / technical helpdesk technology and processes · Ability to work to SLA’s and understand the importance of meeting targets due to contractual obligations · Able to work individually and as part of a team · Ability to work under pressure · Attention to detail · Excellent communication skills · Customer service orientated · Able to adopt to change
