My client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is looking for a Projects Officer to join their team on a 12 month contract.

The key responsibilities include:

* Developing and updating project and programme documentation to support new and current projects.
* To ensure appropriate levels of governance and audit trail for all work streams.
* To support the Business Transformation Manager in delivering business transformation projects ensuring they are delivered in accordance with project management principles, including supporting quality feasibility studies, business cases, and timelines for the evaluation of Business Transformation projects.
* To seek customer satisfaction levels from appropriate stakeholders and work with the Business Transformation Manager to identify changes to service areas required to meet customer need.
* Coordinate the management of the delivery of business transformation projects as identified by stakeholders.
* To engage with staff, contractors and consultants in line with programme and project requirements in line with matrix management principles.
* To work both as part of a team and individually in relation to business development opportunities.
* To contribute towards staffing solution modelling relevant to individual bids and tender documentation.
* To undertake appropriate and relevant duties associated with due diligence where contracts are won/awarded.

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Previous and evidenced experience of programme management in private, public or voluntary sector organisations.
* Evidence of successful delivery of programmes that have realised savings and service improvements.
* Experience in employee engagement and influencing staff, senior managers and stakeholders, to achieve organisational outcomes.

This role is a 12 month contract and is paying between £28,000 - £30,000.
