If you have good Help Desk or Service Desk experience then this could be the job for you

My client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following areas

- good telephone manner
- ability to work with clients and customers
- good problem solving skills
- PC and Laptop awareness
- Able to resolve technical faults
- Good IT awareness

The role will include

- 1st line technical support
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working to service level agreements
- maintaining customer logs and profiles
- project based work where required
- issue resolution
- problem determination and resolution
- liaising with external technical support
