12 Month Contract for an experienced customer focused administrator. Your new company Hays Office Support are currently recruiting for a leading employer based in York. Due to continued success this company is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to undertake a 12 month contract job with them. This company has won awards and been recognised as a brilliant place to work in York. Your new role Within this role you will be providing administrative support to the companies customers via telephone, email. letter and online. You will be processing various actions including invoice payments, adjustments and changes to policies and reviewing records, claims and medical referrals. You will be required to provide excellent customer service so a confident telephone manner is essential as well as professional writing skills. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need excellent organisational skills, you will be able to work to deadlines. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills. You will need Microsoft office experience. You will be comfortable ton the telephone. What you'll get in return In return you will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract which has the potential to become permanent. You will receive 35 days holiday including bank holidays. A generous pension plan is also offered. You will also be working as part of a friendly, professional team.
