Are you experienced teaching KS3/4 Geography?

I am working on behalf of an 'Outstanding' School in the Preston area who require a KS3/4 Geography Teacher for the first two terms, initially, into the new academic year.

"We'd be looking for someone with at least a full years teaching experience, who could hit the ground running and pick up classes and see them through to the exams in summer."

This is a full-time teaching post and the school require someone for two terms, initially, with a potential opportunity to secure a permanent post at the end of the initial placement.

The successful Teacher will be required to plan and deliver high quality Geography lessons up to KS4. You will also be expected to attend whole school and departmental meetings to keep up to date with any CPD.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
