Part-Time Recruitment Administrator (Temp) - Richmond - £11 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients within the recruitment sector. Whilst this is a temporary, part-time position, there is the possibility that the contract may be extended, or go permanent. Our client is also willing to look at suitable candidates who are looking for a permanent position.
Monday - Friday, ideally 9.15 - 1.15, but they are flexible

Purpose of Role: To provide recruitment administration support to Account Managers and Talent Acquisition team. To provide back office support as needed.
Main Duties:

- Maintenance of the company database of candidates and client companies
- Add CVs to Adapt as requested and prepare a Cover Sheet when required
- Update CVs when candidates who are already on Adapt apply for new jobs
- Scan candidates ID and qualifications and save them onto the candidate`s record on the database
- Management of incoming candidate applications
- Send an auto-response to all applications received
- Maintain CV log sheet, logging all CV applications
- Send CVs on to the relevant consultant
- Respond to each application with the response requested by the consultant and then record on CV log sheet
- Maintenance of hardcopy filing records
- Add new Web Adverts to all the job sites
- Meet and greet candidates/visitors as required and make refreshments
- Internet and Linked-In based research to build up information and profiles of prospective candidates to be contacted
- Internet and Linked-In based research on client companies to better understand the structure and team members present
- Presentation and discussion of research results to Account Managers and the Talent Acquisition team
- Answering phones, taking accurate messages and transferring calls
- To support the Office Manager
- Assist in maintenance of the office environment
- Maintenance of hardcopy marketing materials
- Cover for absent colleagues - couriers, phones, post, checking emails etc

Qualifications Experience & Attributes:

- Degree an advantage
- Telemarketing or recruitment experience an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
- Good keyboard skills, especially attention to detail and accuracy
- Database experience (Bond Adapt, an advantage)
- Good personal and work organisation including prioritising
- Multi-tasking and coping with busy peaks in workload
- Aptitude for researching and seeking out information, leads, contacts etc in an online environment
- Mature in conduct, with an enthusiastic approach
- Must be very smartly presented and professional
