This is a 6 month fixed term contract on a full time basis of 37.5 hours a week. Why would you join this client? You’ll have the opportunity to build rapport across the whole business both internally and with external clients of their. Involving yourself in the office management ensuring all the building, supplies and more are in good order. This Facilities Assistant role will have the following responsibilities: · Maintaining alarm system · Managing Building maintenance and services including air-conditioning, electrics and plumbing · Managing contract with cleaners & maintain daily contact and instructions · Health & Safety – including undertaking health & safety induction training for all new starters · Record all accidents and incidents · Travel and accommodation booking for the business · Reception cover – lunches, holidays and ad hoc · Hospitality cover · Working with the commercial and HR teams on any ad hoc business requirements · Hold regular fire drills The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: · Previous experience in an exact or similar role · Must be a team player and be willing to pitch in with any task · Excellent attention to detail · Organised · Excel knowledge an advantage
