Operations Manager 4* Hotel Solihull Our Client is recruiting an Operations Manager for their 4* hotel in Solihull. This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager to consolidate their career or for and F&B Manager with strong Duty Manager experience.

Operations Manager - The Role

* Reporting to the General Manager
* Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management
* Involved in all aspects of food and beverage
* The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department
* Budget setting and financial planning
* Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved

Operations Manager -The Person

* Already working as an Operations Manager
* One year experience in this role
* Corporate experience is a strong advantage
* Financially aware and able to manage budgets
* Strong leader and coach
* An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests

Operations Manager - Salary & Benefits

* Salary �25,000 - �30,000 based on experience
