Senior Architectural Designer - Norfolk and Cambridge

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Designer who has a minimum ten year`s experience working in Construction/Building.

The Client

The company is a multi-disciplinary contractor design company, providing architectural, structural and civil engineering design assistance The company are one of the largest privately owned construction companies in the country. They work closely with their construction companies to provide clients with a fully integrated design and build service. As part of their growth and expansion, they have a requirement for the following position within their Architectural team.

The Role

The company are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer with good construction knowledge and eye for detail to join their architectural team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years relevant experience and qualified to HNC or Degree level. A sound working knowledge of CAD and BIM software is essential for this role.

You must have:

Higher National Certificate in Construction/Building
10 years minimum experience
Member of a recognised Architectural Body (not mandatory)
Working Knowledge of:
Building Regulations and Planning Legislation/Procedure
Computer Aided Design Software (AutoCAD/Revit)
General Building Detailing
