A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Bristol for a Sous Chef to work in their modern fine dining restaurant. The Restaurant serves a fresh, seasonal menu with a strong european influence and has won much praise for its food and service standards. This is an ideal role for an ambitious Sous Chef in one of the leading kitchens in the area.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Running and managing the Kitchen & Pass in his absence on lunch & dinner service
* Encouraging, motivating and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant and private parties

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef in ideally a hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working in a 4* busy hotel or restaurant to AA rosette levels
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
