Job Title - Production Operative

Location - Tamworth

Hour Rate - �11.11ph (40 hour week, plus overtime)

Production Bonus - Production Bonus of �170 per week (OTE �8840 per year)

Hour - 4 on 4 off (Days - 6am to 6pm)

The Company

Our client are the UK's fastest growing manufacturing firms, with over 20 fully automated manufacturing sites across the UK they been rapidly expanding through natural growth and acquisitions. Turning over nearly half a billion pounds a year, the business has grown by over 10% in the last two years alone.

Thanks to a buoyant market, the Group expect to see a similar level of growth over the next couple of years. In order to continue their upwards march, the business have been heavily investing in New and Upgraded equipment, as well as rolling out a Business wide Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiative.

The Tamworth site is due to start 24/7 Production and as such are doubling their headcount in Engineering and Production. This will allow them to increase their production volume by 50% this year, with further investment planned for next year to expand the plant further.

The Role

The Production Operatives will be responsible for:

* Operating Lines.
* Dealing with any line jams.
* Removing any blockages.
* Line cleaning.
* Assisting with line setup for tooling changes for different products.
* Monitor quality on line section and alert Production Supervisors to any issues.
* Ensure Production KPIs are hit for each shift.

The Candidate

To be successful in your application you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications:

* Must have previous experience working as a Production Operative in a manufacturing environment.
