Supporting a diverse range of organisations, including charities, education, manufacturing and more, there will be plenty of fun and challenges to ensure no two days will be the same!

Joining our clients friendly support team, and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with IT support related issues (primarily inbound) as well as day to day support tasks which will include monitoring and backup checks; builds for customer orders, and managing the support ticket queue.
Working as a Managed Service Provider, they support a range of customers with a high number of products so it will give you an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge (both software and hardware).

So what will you be involved with on a day to day basis?
- Ensuring that the service desk meets it's SLA requirements
- Providing technical support on new and existing support cases
- Logging new support calls accurately when received (phone or email)
- Updating the support system with information and timesheet details
- Responding quickly to alerts from automated systems that monitor both customer and company hosted IT infrastructure

To successfully join our team you'll have had exposure to the following;
- Windows Server 2003 to 2016
- Microsoft Exchange 2007 to 2016
- Office 365 administration
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
- Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10
- Mac OSx
- Mobile Devices (iPhone/Blackberry)
- Any SharePoint experience would be a bonus.

Ideally you'll bring a qualification such as Comp TIA. Further learning and development will be actively encouraged and supported.
