Our client is a prestigious and innovative international engineering business located in Central London, seeking to hire a talented individual to lead Resourcing, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion for their UK operation for a 1 year maternity cover. Having enjoyed consistent growth over the last decade, part of the focus of this role will be help the business mature its practices around career and talent management, as well as a strategic review of how they attract, engage and assess.......all whilst still managing a busy recruitment agenda!  This role could suit an experienced in-house recruitment manager, who will have an interest or exposure to area covering Talent Management and D&I, or a HR Generalist or Talent Management professional with significant experience and interest in recruitment. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a high performing organisation, but with significant scope to impact. You'll be a hands on, practically orientated individual, but able to analyse and present persausive cases for improvement, and engage effectively with high intellect client groups in a matrix environment.  Key attributes:  Strong academic credential, or equivalent intellectual capability Excellent stakeholder management skills, preferably within a matrix environment Articulate, detailed, and practically minded A professional and systematic approach, but adaptable, and well organised.  An energetic, positive style...a do-er Strong recruitment experience (this will form 70%+ of the role) Available to start by June Key responsibilities: To manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process, with involvement to lead all late stage interviews using company psychomtric tools Handling roles of all levels across the engineering and corporte disciplines, working with specialised agencies as required Helping to define and develop company approach to talent management, including facilitating internal mobility, talent identification and the development of relevant development plans and programmes Establishing D&I within the recruitment and assessment frameworks Review of longer term resourcing, attraction and assessment strategies and acitvities  Oversee a small team
