A Behaviour Provision based in Southwark, supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties are looking for an engaging and experienced teaching assistant that can support young people, aged between 11 - 16 years old, with challenging behaviour. This is an "Outstanding" PRU who provide alternative education to engage and motivate students with challenging behaviour.

The PRU is based in a residential area with easy access to transport. The pay rate is between �57 to �70 a day depending on your experience, training and qualifications. Your performance in the job also determines your payrise. It is common for the school to offer a permanent contract if you do really well.

The school is ideally looking for someone who can inspire pupils with their natural enthusiasm and spark the interest of young learners, especially those children who have SEN/SEMH. This post would suit an aspiring Educational Psychologist, or other related Psychology fields.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
