We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to focus on the delivery of excellence in operations and client support globally.  The Account Manager will be personable and able to engage with stakeholders on all levels in order to retain and expand existing systems business and support new system business initiatives.
Main responsibilitiesAs our Account Manager you will ensure clients are delivering maximum benefit from the system to achieve their strategic and corporate requirements.  Evaluating and implementing increased system usage by working closely with field based client managers to ensure they are fully conversant with all aspects of the system utilised by their clients. Managing any identified issues to a successful resolution. Identify potential system developments and enhancements through supplier and buyer feedback.
Ideal candidateWe are looking for a leader who is confident with stakeholders and able to adopt new plans and take action in response to changed organisation requirements. The successful Account Manager will consistently demonstrate a ‘Can Do’ attitude to customer requirements regardless of pressure and deadlines requested. Our Account Manager will proactively incorporate their own knowledge and experience to achieve a better quality result. Displaying a high level of energy and commitment to helping the organisation in delivering quality data.  Due to the nature of the role there will need to be a commitment to travel within the UK and potentially Worldwide
