PE Teacher – Salford Secondary School, September 2018.

Our client RC faith school based in Salford are in the process of recruiting a dedicated PE teacher to join their PE department ahead of September 2018.

* Full time PE teacher, September 2018.

* Pay in line with teaching scale point (�22,917 - �38,633 per annum)

This diverse secondary school is based in the heart of Salford, with just over 900 pupils on roll, aged 11-16; you can expect to join a staff team working towards the development of the school and their pupils. The school pride themselves in an inclusive culture, where all students, staff and parents are involved of the progression of pupils under a strong senior staff team.

The incoming PE teacher will be expected to;

- Plan, deliver and assess PE lessons to pupils across Key Stages 3-4 in accordance with the curriculum.

- Encourage pupils to maintain positive behaviour and act accordingly to school behaviour policies.

The school is located near to Swinton and can be easily accessed via the M60 and the surrounding areas; Bury, Trafford and Manchester. The school also has numerous public transport links for those who do not drive.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
