Are you a recently qualified or experienced Year 4 teacher?

* Full time position, initially fixed term contract
* FQT required
* September 2018 start

* Salary (�22,023 - �37,496)

If so a federation made of three schools located in the Poole area is currently looking to appoint a Year 4 Class Teacher to work within their Primary School working as part of a well established KS2 team.

In order to be successful you will need to:

* Have a strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum.
* Have a minimum of a one year experience working within year 4.
* Be able to demonstrate good practice, ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress.
* Be adaptable and able to meet the needs of all children in order to create an inclusive environment, in order to enable all pupils to succeed.
* Have effective behaviour management techniques to ensure that no learning time is wasted
* Be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a team.
