If the answer is YES, Southern Housing Group are recruiting for individuals to join our team in Horsham as a Customer Service Advisor.

Joining our team as a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

- Support our customers by providing an easy to access service, with the aim of first contact resolution in as many of their contacts as possible
- Work with colleagues across the Customer Experience department to identify and implement customer improvements
- Work as a team to ensure that all queries are responded to within our agreed response time, meeting KPI's whilst maintaining excellent quality


We operate a rotating shift pattern working a 35 hour week so shifts will vary between:

08:00am and 04.00pm

09:00am and 05:00pm

12:00pm and 08:00pm

- Focused and driven to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and the business
- Able to embrace a resilient and proactive approach to tasks
- Happy to act on their own initiative, make decisions and do the right thing.
- Capable of prioritising a varying workload, across different platforms
- Calm under pressure and able to deal with challenging situations
