We are recruiting Senior Call Centre Agents to work on behalf of Barclays in Leeds, (LS11) on a fixed term basis for 6 months. Hours - 35 hours per week flexible - 8.30am - 5.45pm Monday -Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm Salary: £12.49 per hour The role: 90% on the day will be spent on the phone taking complex inbound calls Candidates will be front line advisor - servicing existing mortgages dealing with inbound calls from a variety of people, customers/brokers/solicitors/branches (7 out of 10 calls will be confirming information on the screen) A queries will be in relation to mortgages from start to finish - this could be once funds have been released and purchase has gone through to completion, if their mortgage has gone up or down, queries on land relief etc NO sales involved It is all about the customer journey and the candidate providing the best customer journey when speaking with the customer Candidate Background Previous experience in a call centre environment is ideal/previous experience dealing with inbound calls Must be computer literate Quick learner Needs to be able to grasp what the customer is saying Confident on the phone If you are interested please apply today
