One of my clients are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator/Contract support to join their growing team in Westminster.

This is a temporary position for around 4 - 8 weeks work, with a view to staying on permanent.

You will be supporting Contracts Managers and dealing with all helpdesk requirements such as liaising with engineers, booking in appointments, PO numbers etc.

Ideally they are looking for someone who has experience with Concept Helpdesk for around 2 years.
