Business Support Officer, to start asap for 4 months initially, based in central London.

Your new company

A large London transport authority is looking for a Business Support officer to join their team based in London Victoria. This role is with an immediate start, currently until the end of August with the possibility of extension and its paying a competitive hourly rate.

Your new role

You will be performing team administrator duties, to ensure deadlines are met, and you will also be acting as a PA to a director. You will be working within a project based environment so you will need experience in supporting projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for general office coordination, data entry, organising meetings and agendas, and caring out research for presentations and reports.

Main duties

* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office
* Entering data onto the relevant systems and ensuring documentation is stored correctly
* Prioritising and auctioning all correspondence
* Providing PA support by organising meetings and agendas, and supporting with preparing reports and presentations
* Providing support on projects and initiatives as direct by the Head of Department and Senior management teams

What you'll need to succeed

* A wealth of administration and PA experience
* Knowledge of policy and project procedures
* Highly competent communication and attention to detail skills
* Good systems knowledge with experience using SAP, ideally in a finance or HR setting
* Ability to analyse and present business data
