Resistant Materials Teacher – 12 Months Fixed Contract

Are you a Technology teacher that specialises in Resistant Materials? Are you looking to secure a new and exciting role ahead of the new academic year?

If so, Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of one of our client schools located in Bolton who wish to appoint a proven Resistant Materials teacher ahead of September on a 12 month basis.

* Full time Resistant Materials teacher – September 2018 start

* Teaching Resistant Materials to students up to KS4 ranging in ability

* Pay in line with MPS and UPS scale (�22,917 - �38,633)

* Must hold UK QTS and PGCE

* Both experienced and newly qualified teachers encouraged to apply

* Work alongside an experienced team of professionals and a supportive Senior Leadership Team

This Bolton based secondary school are looking to appoint a Resistant Materials teacher, initially on a temporary contract, however there is the opportunity for this post to become permanent due to the nature of the gap. The school are looking for an enthusiastic Resistant Materials teacher who has the ability to teach engaging lessons and consistently provide good and outstanding practice. It is imperative that you have effective behaviour management skills and have up to date machinery certifications.

This is a medium sized secondary school and has roughly 850 pupils on roll. It can easily be accessed from the surrounding areas Wigan, Leigh, Chorley and Salford. The school is located on the outskirts of Bolton, has direct transport links to the surrounding areas and is only a short drive away from the M61.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
