Main responsibilitiesThese are diverse positions within Foodbuy, interacting with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Compass Functions. In this role, you will build an understanding of Compass Purchasing and Commercial. It will be integral in helping to build rapport with internal and external customers.  Ensure efficient delivery of customer helpdesk support, dealing with a range of queries from our customers via telephone and email, system administration and proactive assistance to all customers and suppliers. Continually expand knowledge on the business, system modules and functionality. Working a 9 hour shift (inc 1hr break)  between 7 to 6, adhere to monthly targets, upskilling to an advanced customer service one the initial training is completed.
Ideal candidateWe are looking for customer orientated, commercially driven and astute individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

The successful candidates will be customer service professionals with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have good computer and administrative skills (Excel, Word etc) with an excellent telephone manner. It is important to be confident with the inclination of being a self-starter and able to work very well under pressure.
