Branch Support Admin Assistant

Location: Luton

Our client is the leading Windows/Doors repair and replacement specialists in the UK.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, ambitious and dedicated individual to work as a Branch Support Admin Assistant at their Luton Branch office.

The role will involve assisting the Branch manager in all the day to day activities associated with a window installation and repair business, including deputising for the Branch Manager in their absence, taking ownership and responsibility and ensuring job standards are achieved as required by the company.

Knowledge and or experience of the window and door trade would be an advantage for this role. The successful candidate will also, be able to display Supervisory skills.

Duties of the Branch Support Admin Assistant will include:

* Responsible for the day to day processing including all queries for deliveries. Checking the quality and secure delivery of all goods received. Assisting the fitters to load and unload products associated with the window business may be required, which may include some heavy lifting
* All Admin duties associated with the repair and replacement of all types of windows and doors, such as documenting all mandatory vehicle checks, updating bespoke systems for client's jobs or contracts being completed each day, updating timesheets, answering telephone calls from customer or head office queries.
* Assisting the Branch Manager, deputising in their absence, taking responsibility and ownership ensuring the necessary decisions to maintain expected level of service are made
* Other ad hoc administrative tasks, as and when required

Requirements of the Branch Support Admin Assistant:

* Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to details, ability to multi task
* Have a positive attitude and being extremely reliable
* Possessing effective and efficient time management skills of self and duties
* Good working knowledge of a range of IT packages

Hours are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, longer hours when deputising for Manager where overtime will be paid.
