The company
Our client is a specialist provider of legal software for law firms currently seeking an experienced Support Analyst to carry out duties within their support team, providing high level of client care and call resolutions.

The Role
The candidate will provide direct support to end users of the company`s product LAWFUSION - specialist Legal Case Management and Accounting software - and other supported systems including Microsoft Office & Microsoft Windows.
To log incidents incoming from clients, provide log references to clients, and investigate the issues to provide a resolution.
Manage the list of incidents assigned to you, ensuring items are prioritised and resolutions given to clients in accordance with the Support Team Procedures and SLA`s.
To gain expert knowledge and understanding of, LAWFUSION- .
To follow and understand the company`s internal escalation procedures where required for major issues.
Complete system testing of new software releases where directed.
Issue and manage new software releases to clients where required.
Produce articles and documents for the LAWFUSION- knowledgebase.
Conduct out-of-hours system maintenance as part of a rota where directed.
To maintain the companies Databases in accordance with the Support Procedures.
Queries vary in nature and can be technical or educational, and some will be related to accounting.
Working in an established team, the role will involve developing knowledge and relationships with customers and colleagues, and working with other teams to ensure problems and issues are dealt with correctly. The role also spans 1st and 2nd line aspects, with some issues requiring detailed investigation.

Requirements
Good standard of general education.
Good understanding of accounting/legal accounting practices and/or systems will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate.
Basic knowledge of operating systems and general hardware.
Self-motivating and good with prioritisation and time management.
Good at developing own knowledge of new products and systems.
Previous experience in an IT support role
Understanding of accounting/legal accounting practices advantageous
Educated with a minimum of 5GCSEs grade C or above.
Strong client care and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Very good understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
