Placements & Contracts Administrator

Location: Salford. M6 6AP

Salary: �16,500 - �19,000 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Monday-Friday core hours 9am-5pm (very occasional weekend and evening working may be required to support marketing related activities)

Who is Halliwell?

Halliwell are a social enterprise that offers a clinically informed practice model and therapeutic programme encompassing educational, clinical and residential care services. Our objective is to enhance the psychological wellbeing of children within the 'looked after children' sector through our Restorative Parenting� Recovery Programme.

Job Purpose of the Placements & Contracts Administrator:

The Placements and Contracts Administrator will provide support to the overall Customer Relations team and strategy. The role will support the Head of Customer Relations and the Contracts Manager to prepare and manage contracts ensuring contracts / contacts are retained and administered on-time and to agreed standards, maintaining frameworks, tenders and bids, contractual records and documentation, and databases. The role will play a key part in administering referrals, post-transition support packages, Restorative Parenting� reporting and the transitions process ensuring all elements of the child's progress is related to the customer through appropriate means.

The post holder will put in to practice efficient services that promote the Halliwell brand and Restorative Parenting� programme, ensuring timely administration of contracts. The post holder will support the Head of Customer Relations, The Contracts Manager and the Marketing Co-ordinator to achieve the required levels of Occupancy and supporting with the successful delivery of Halliwell's customer relations-based strategy.

The successful Placements & Contracts Administrator will have the following:

* Good Standard of English, Maths and IT
* Experience administering customer Contracts or Service Level Agreements
* Able to use Microsoft packages to a high level of proficiency
* Successful delivery of contracts to manage customer expectations
* An exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and partner at all levels in an organisation
* Ability to gather relevant information, assimilate, analyse and prepare reports with accuracy
* Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable:

* Hold a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work purposes.
* Relevant first degree e.g. Business, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferred (2:1 or above)
