We are currently recruiting for a PA on behalf of our client based in Maidenhead. This main responsibility of this role is to provide organisational and administrative support to the Exec team such as diary management and making travel arrangements. You must have previous experience as a PA to a Senior Director within a blue-chip company to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities Diary Management such as organising meetings, travel and re-schedules when appropriate Preparation of reports for meetings Travel arrangements including flights, cars and trains Organising internal and external meetings Dealing with expenses Organising and responding to daily post Typing up presentations and documents Updating presentations to include charts and figures Co-ordinating and attending sales and management team events such as monthly meetings, dinners and conferences Monitoring e-mails, and prioritising urgent information General admin support for documents, letters, calendars and meetings Dealing with telephone calls Key Skills Previous experience in a PA role providing support to a Senior Director Experience of working within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment Strong administration skills Confident approach Calm and courteous under pressure Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload To have discretion and diplomacy when given information that may be Other Key aspects: * Reconciliation of company credit cards via an online portal * Organisation of quarterly board meetings * Provide PA support to a team of executives * Diary management support to General Manager, Sales Director and Healthcare Services * Raising of divisional procurement activities within symphony system, with a monthly call to reconcile budgets and expenditure * Annual internal all employee meeting * Collating slides and merging into PowerPoint templates * Organisation of social activities including incentive trips * Must be able to use Microsoft packages to a high level particularly power point proficiently Starting Mid April, approximately 1 year contract. Must be able to keep calm, blend into the background, discreet, proactive, able to prioritise, approachable, well organised, resilient, attention to detail, fun, must remain neutral within the team, adaptable dependant on teams needs, This person must be able to be extremely confidential based on the information they will be handling within the company.
