As a successful Recruitment Consultant with Skills Direct Ltd you will be required to service our current client base by delivering excellent Customer Service at all times. It is also a vital part of the role to develop through organic sales and Business Development the Driving Division further. This will be through networking, advertising, marketing, telesales and business to business meetings.

To succeed in this position you will need to be resilient, determined and focused. A hunger for success is needed, juggling Recruitment and Sales all the time to build and grow the division.

To be a Top Recruitment Consultant you must have excellent Negotiation Skills, be able to calculate rates to achieve optimum profitability. We are not just looking for a filler, we want somebody that will really add value to our business.

Hours of work are typically 0800-1700 hours Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the work there is an element of on call involved on a rota basis. Flexibility with working hours is required to suit the needs of the business.

Ideally we are seeking applicants with previous Recruitment or Business to Business Sales experience.
