The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business, auditing staff and vehicles and dealing with customers and their enquires. You will also be responsible for delegating work to engineers whilst prioritising customer needs and seeing to their queries and complaints. You will need to write quotes and input data into the system and design reports based on the figures. An awareness of health and safety would be beneficial as you will be responsible for vehicle inspection and servicing, engineering auditing, out of hours engineer support and front-line assistance.

Key responsibilities, skills and attitudes


Experience within a management level role
Full UK driving licence
Team player who can also work individually
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Passionate about customer service and demonstrates professionalism in a friendly manner
Full training and support will be provided
DBS checks are compulsory and will be part of the induction process
