Customer Service Advisor – Chichester - £17,189 basic + Bonus + Benefits – Full Time

If yes, then we’d like to hear from you. Checkatrade are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding Membership team at our Selsey Head Office, just outside Chichester. The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have previous customer service experience gained in a call centre or contact centre environment. The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor you will welcome, support and advise Checkatrade members. You will ensure that all our members receive a professional and exemplary level of customer service in line with the Checkatrade Values.  

This will involve: dealing with member calls effectively; ensuring that personal level of service is always given to members; efficiently reply to all enquiries; recording case-notes accurately; liaising with Team Leaders about complex queries; judging renewal cases as well as liaising with other departments when necessary.

Additionally, you will ensure that members are full aware of all the benefits and features available to them; building a rapport with members throughout contact with them.

You will be expected to participate in team meetings and assist in the continuous improvement of our membership customer service.
