About the Customer Set Up Administrator

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the customer journey is managed smoothly, without the need for inbound contact. The role will require you to make outbound calls to both commercial and domestic customers to confirm account details such as meter reads, direct debit details etc.

Main duties of the Customer Set Up Administrator include;

- Ensure customers' accounts are set up correctly
- Completing direct debit requests
- Gather correct customer data
- Obtain and validate customer readings and identify and work through any errors all whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer service.


You will take ownership for each call, providing clear communication and validating account set up from point of sale through to generation of the first bill.

You are likely to be the first person a new customer has spoken to at Utilita, and so we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, someone who can create a great first impression of the business on every customer. We need our customers to have the best possible experience with us.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills with a professional and positive attitude who can build relationships both internally and externally. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic who can make their mark on this new team.
