We have an amazing  opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our team at Rugby School, Rugby Warwickshire. This is a day and boarding co-educational independent school. It is one of the oldest independent schools in Britain. The Chef Manager will be part of a large brigade within the school overseeing one of the 16 boarding houses on site.

The chef manager that we want must have a passion for food and have excellent culinary skills. The chef manager will have the assistance of 3 -  5 staff and will be reporting the group head chef on site. You will be catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner all from the highest quality products. If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you.
Package description
Up to £12.30 per hour
41.5 hours per week plus over time  
5 out of 7 days between 6.30am -8pm        
If you prefer you can have up to 10 weeks holiday or you can do overtime
Free car parking, free meals on duty and free uniforms

Main responsibilities
Managing a  small team
Catering for  mid - morning break and lunch
Catering for up to 70 meals each service
Responsible for the P&L accounts
Training and motivating staff
Fully responsible for all the H&S and F&H regulations
Build an excellent relationship with the client and students
Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation

Strong financial awareness of the business
