Our client school in Tameside are looking to recruit a Science teacher for September 2018 due to a departure and vacancy within the Science department. The post would be well suited to a Science teacher at the start of their career either looking for a first teaching home or someone looking to progress within a Science department to more senior responsibilities.

This is a full time Science teaching role delivering KS3/KS4 with the school open to applications from Science teachers who specialise in Biology, Chemistry or Physics. The school is currently graded Good by Ofsted and has made significant improvements in the past couple of years in it’s upward journey.

The school has a large percentage of students eligible for free school meals due to its diverse catchment area and can have some students with behavioural challenges. You will be well supported by a strong senior leadership team and experienced Head of Science throughout the role with regular CPD opportunities available for the successful Science candidate. Outstanding state of the art facilities and teaching aids make this an exciting place to teach Science.
