Our client, a leading specialist in cloud communications is looking for a CRM Campaign Manager / Commercial Analyst for their offices in London. The CRM Campaign Manager works as part of the marketing team to hands-on execute and manage CRM based campaigns aimed at driving growth.

Key responsibilities:
• Plan and hands-on execute an effective CRM based campaign strategy based on approved campaign briefs
• Develop data-driven recommendations for campaign segmentation, commercial promotions and sales contest
• Liaise with product, sales, content writers and designers to ensure appropriate planning and execution of each campaign, supporting timely, high quality delivery and alignment with activity across the business
• Identify the requirements for each campaign and work to bring together the creative, data, product and operational parts of execution
• Perform on-going development of customised content based on specific segmentation criteria
• Personally lead and execute the data extraction and injection across databases, campaign distribution and performance tracking while supervising content creation and design.
• Determine success criteria and reporting structure for each campaign and rigorously analyse the results, suggesting improvements and testing new ideas
• Perform continuous analysis of campaign performance and development of optimisation strategies
• Creating processes to track the commercial impact and effectiveness of each campaign: generating dashboards and reporting to support the day to day tracking of customer engagement and demand generation performance at the company

Role requirements:
• Marketing automation experience (Marketo) and CRM campaign management.
• 2 years’ experience in driving growth by implementing customer engagement programmes and activities in a tech B2B SaaS company
• Former experience with Marketo platform and advanced excel skills - a must
• Former experience with Zoho and SQL / Elastic search - strong advantage
• Proven project management skills, preferably in an agile environment
• Confident, sociable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited about disrupting the telecommunication space
