Full time Teacher of Mathematics required for a Salford based Secondary school, starting from September 2018.

Our well respected client Secondary school are currently recruiting for a dynamic Teacher of Mathematics, with the creativity, subject knowledge and enthusiasm to motivate and drive their pupils to success.

* Must hold QTS and KS3-GCSE teaching experience
* Both experienced and newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply, as there is an identified induction programme in place through the Assistant Head Teacher.

The school is located in central Salford, whereby the community is diverse, and the Teacher of Mathematics can expect to join a caring environment within the school, with a firm underlying commitment to high standards of behaviour, attitude and effort.

The successful Teacher of Mathematics will be working under the careful guidance of the Senior Leadership Team, working towards raising pupil attainment across the board at all levels of learning.

The Teacher of Mathematics's role will include;

* Plan, prepare and deliver innovative Mathematics lessons, and report back to Senior Leadership taking appropriate action.
* Continue to challenge all pupils at all levels of learning using appropriate teaching styles.
* Promote positive behaviour in class, in accordance to school behaviour policies.

Our Salford based Secondary school has just over 700 pupils on roll, aged 11-16, and can easily be accessed via the M60 and surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton and central Manchester. There are also a number of public transport options available with links throughout Greater Manchester.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
