The Company
A strategically led digital practice who create experiences through thought, collaboration and code.
Based in central Manchester, a new digital practice running for a year however already has large international and national clients and performing very well with strong turnover and profit.
Currently a small team of two fulltime staff and one contractor, the successful person will need to be flexible and willing to help where required.

You're the kind of person who puts your apps in folders. You recoil in fear at the sight of an unruly desktop and more than 10 unread notifications. And you`re not shy in smiting those who stand in your way. You do things your way AKA: the right way.
For this role, agency experience is a nice to have, but non-essential. What's more important is you understand our clients. You'll have experience in how large organisations operate and use process but for you, progress and production are beyond all else.

You`ll get to lead the delivery of multiple projects for a Fortune 500 company, co-ordinating live-events, filming, software development and content production.
You`ll implement and continually improve an organisational system via a tool such as Asana, Trello etc. and use Google Apps to streamline production and kick us in to touch.
You`ll improve our delivery capacity and retain high-levels of client satisfaction.
You`ll have the opportunity to have an impact and establish yourself as an important operational leader within a company that`s driven to become a small giant.

You`ll thrive, so long as you know what`s expected of you. Reporting jointly to the Managing Partners you will be responsible for:
Ensuring clients and integrated partners are updated on projects/campaigns.
The delivery of project management processes and timely co-ordination of projects/campaigns.
The effectiveness and continued development of creative freelancers.
The management of project budgets and co-ordination of influencer and talent reward and payments.
The measurement and continuous improvement of time-management.

Develop and maintain high level project plans and campaign schedules
Liaise with clients, vendors and freelancers to deliver the vision
Align stakeholders to budgets, time frames and project progression
Continually interrogate and improve our working processes

Fluid management and co-ordination of campaigns with efficiencies gained MoM
Operating to a standard that receives client praise
The company and clients working as an established tribe towards a common purpose
