Our clients homes are part of a wider Organisation , and they have an urgent requirement for 3 CHILDRENS HOME MANAGERS(DipSW, CQSW, QCF, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Professionalism, Flexible) to lead and manage staff teams and individuals to ensure and oversee set standards in delivering high quality care to young individuals as part of the organisations integral service, while assuming and upholding their legal responsibility. Thus be in line or act in accordance with the Organisations Values at all times.

This successful CHILDRENS HOME MANAGER( DipSW, CQSW,QCF, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Professionalism, Flexible) is to ensure high standards of all working practices are adhered to while fulfilling the effective and efficient full potential of the operation and occupancy levels at all times.
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the Organisations policies and procedures, relevant legislation (Children`s Home Regulations 2015,Quality Standards 2015, Towards a Better Life and Brighter Future 2002) in all aspects of working practice.
Our Client would like an individual that can deal with and has thorough knowledge of child development issues and the pathology of abused young people(Essential).
The ability to demonstrate staff management and development, adaptation to set systems , problem solving and experience in controlling expenditure.
The suitable candidate will have to show experience of assessment, care planning and review, willing to work flexible hours and a good bill of health (mental and physical , subject to medical report).
Salary is £29630 to £33687 depending on experience and size of home as well as car allowance and bonus scheme.

Requirements
Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Professionalism, Flexible
A comprehensive understanding of the PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) Model of Therapeutic Parenting to develop practice in the home
Candidate should be able to show 5 years` experience in resident care or directly related field at management level (England or Wales).
A full UK Driving Licence is very essential and a good current medical report.
A positive attitude and commitment to the job , good communication and networking respectfully with all other teams involved in the welfare of the children.
The ability to work as part of a team or individually and will be asked to demonstrate most of these qualities in an assessment.

Desirable
Understanding of a variety of different therapeutic models.
The CHILDRENS HOME MANAGER( DipSW, CQSW,QCF , Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Professionalism, Flexible) role will involve working on all aspects of the management to lead and manage a staff team with initiative, accountability and responsibility at all times to developing the functioning of the team , providing guidance and direction.
