They have a strong track record of providing high quality construction and property development management services, alongside managing a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties

The require a Site Manager for a Major housing refurbishment contract in Liverpool. Either on a 9 month fixed term contract or free lance

Responsibilities of Site Manager:
- Manage and monitor the delivery of the site to time and budget
- Manage specified works and workforce
- Liaise with QS, H&S, Technical and other departments within the company
to ensure delivery of the project
- Creation, management and monitoring of specified parts of project plan
and budgets
- Co-ordinate labour and material requirements across the works
- Work with resident liaison officer to manage and resolve residents’ issues
- Monitor workforce performance
- Attend site and management meetings as required
- Maintain complete and accurate online and printed records for all aspects
of works, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation and company
policies

Requirements of Site Manager:
- 4 years managerial experience
- CSCS card
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Asbestos awareness
- Scaffold awareness; mobile tower scaffold PASMA
- Manual handling
- Fire awareness
- H&S
- Full Clean Driving License

Personal Attributes:
- Strong Leadership skills
- A keen knowledge and experience on sites
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate with people at all levels – architects,
building control, contractors, suppliers and colleagues.
- Resourceful approach and ‘can do’ attitude
