Encore are looking for a talented Recruitment Account Manager to join our highly successful, well established Engineering team in Nottingham!

Your new role:

Your role as an Account Manager will be to manage and develop a portfolio of Encore’s existing clients, leading to retention and extension of contracts.

Your main duties:

* Manage a portfolio of accounts – build strong relationships and meet client expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
* Candidate attraction and engagement.
* Increasing client spend through proactive account management.
* Attend regular client visits, candidate inductions and review meetings.
* Managing recruited candidate's performances and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients and candidates are consistently satisfied.
* Delivering against service level agreements.
* Working towards performance targets.

What makes a successful Account Manager at Encore?

* Experience within recruitment is essential. Recruitment experience within the Technical sector or similar would be advantageous.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, developing these into long lasting business relationships.
* Ability to match candidates to temporary assignments through accurate skill identification.
* Highly motivated and solution focused – ability to identify problems and ensure that corrective action planning is put in place to ensure client satisfaction.
* Friendly and easily approachable.
* Drive to succeed and excellent communication skills.
* Own car and driving licence are essential for this role.
