You will be responsible for the designing and implementation of a clear sales strategy and develop and progress senior relationships internally and externally. The Role

As Head of Sales at Dynniq, you will deliver Order Intake through development and delivery of a clear sales strategy and commercial decision-making. You primary focus will be on identifying and promoting value propositions to new and existing customers. You will lead, manage and develop Account Directors and regional Key Account Managers, ensuring relevant sales targets are agreed and achieved. Using your sales and leadership skills, you will be responsible for account planning, developing strategy, managing bid processes, building relationships with key stakeholders and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities, skills and attitudes


Sales experience within the public sector- business to government and within a technical, technology or engineering company
Leading a pro-active sales team, reporting to the Senior Leadership Board
Developing and executing a clear sales strategy
Consultative sales and solution selling
Developing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
