A leading innovative technology company is looking for a Partner Incentives Analyst to come in and drive the performance of the company and it’s partners by evangelizing the Partner Incentive programs and investment.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive a dashboard of internal ‘value-add’ reporting to drive business performance
* Become the subject matter expert on the companys global incentive programs and campaigns
* Help to design, build, report and communicate on bespoke local market incentive campaigns
* Learn and leverage internal systems and tools
* Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements as needed
* Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience


* Previous program management or business operations experience in a large organization
* Effective written and verbal communications to stakeholders
* Organised and process driven with high level of attention to detail
* Experience in working with large datasets to extract business insight
* Ability to learn / adopt new technologies and applications

Technical / Functional Skills

* Advanced Excel (Functions, Formulas, Pivot Tables etc.)
* Other MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Understanding of databases, data cubes and previous experience using reporting dashboards preferable
