Are you an experienced Social Housing Supervisor, seeking your next contract in a Planned Maintenance environment?

My client has an immediately opportunity for a Planned Supervisor to join the team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will work with a team of operatives, completing planned maintenance to Social Housing properties throughout Somerset and Wiltshire.


* 30 days annual leave (pro rata)
* Day off on your birthday
* Work van & fuel card provided
* 3 Month fixed term contract


* Follow agreed targets and objectives with regards to the role
* Ensure maximum productivity ensuring work has been carried out effectively and efficiently.
* Develop and maintain good levels of communication with all contract team members and operatives.
* Carry out checks to all relevant survey results and other associated documents in line with all current legislation.
* Instruct and provide technical assistance where required to ensure compliance and quality within the business and externally.
* Minimise downtime on all site works; organise labour and materials where appropriate
* Represent site based operatives at team meetings and provide feedback on staff issues
* Ensure full compliance at all times within Silcoa guidelines, monitor timekeeping, quality, H&S and general on site behavior.
* To ensure the satisfaction of the customer by having a fixed first time approach to all jobs.


The ideal candidate will come from a strong trade background and have significant experience completing Planned Maintenance works on Social Housing properties.


* IOSH managing safely or relevant H&S training
* Ability to supervise/remove asbestos containing
* Provide accurate records in relation to the work undertaken.
